We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Microsoft Viva Connections Developer to design, develop, and implement an Employee Intranet Portal using Microsoft SharePoint Online and Viva Connections. The resource will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying a modern digital workplace solution integrated with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.

Accountability & Key Responsibilities of Role:
  • Design and develop a modern SharePoint Online Intranet Portal.
  • Configure and deploy Microsoft Viva Connections within Microsoft Teams.
  • Develop custom SharePoint pages, web parts, site collections, and navigation structures.
  • Implement document management, news publishing, announcements, and internal communication features.
  • Configure permissions, security groups, and governance policies.
  • Integrate with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Power Automate, Forms, etc.).
  • Customize branding (themes, layout, UI/UX improvements).
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and user-friendly design.
  • Provide documentation and user training sessions.
  • Offer post-go-live support and issue resolution.
Technical Requirements
  • Strong experience in SharePoint Online (Modern Experience).
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Viva Connections implementation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, One Drive, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Power Shell for SharePoint administration is a plus.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
Experience Required
  • 3–5+ years of experience in SharePoint development.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 tenant configuration and administration
  • Fully functional Employee Intranet Portal.
  • Viva Connections dashboard integrated with Teams.
  • Configured document libraries and communication sites.
  • Admin & user training sessions.
  • Technical documentation and handover
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with HR or corporate communication teams.
  • Ability to manage short project timelines and deliver within scope.

Conditions:

  • Shift-based role with potential on-call support.
  • Requires interaction with multiple stakeholders
