We are seeking an experienced Cisco Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology deployments across multi-vendor environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining strong governance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences for large enterprise accounts.

As a Cisco Technical Project Manager at Flint International, you will oversee medium to large-scale projects involving Cisco technologies and multi-vendor integrations. You will manage end-to-end project life cycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with client requirements. This position demands strong technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate dynamic environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients, driving successful outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Cisco technology projects across multiple locations.
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and clients to achieve project milestones.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance during deployment phases.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in IT or telecom.
• Proven track record managing Cisco technology deployments.
• Strong experience with multi-vendor, multi-location projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Excellent customer-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering services to large enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with Qatar market and regulations preferred.
• Bilingual (Arabic) is a strong advantage.

• Hands-on technical knowledge of Cisco networking solutions.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and service delivery models.
• Exposure to cloud networking and SD-WAN technologies.
• Advanced reporting and analytics skills for project performance.
• Previous experience in telecom or large-scale infrastructure projects.
