* Job Description:

The Role
** The selected candidate will join
** Ferrovial Airports’ Legal Department**, supporting the company’s legal strategy through analysis of legal issues and structuring and implementing preferred solutions taking into account regulatory frameworks, prevaling circumstances and commercial approach.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Supporting the legal department in drafting all sorts of corporate, contractual and other legal documents, including regulatory, submissions, etc.
* Collaborating in solicited and unsolicited public and private tenders, investment and divestment processes, giving support to the teams involved in such projects.
* Supporting the legal department in corporate, regulatory and compliance matters pertaining to Ferrovial Airports.
* Gathering legal/regulatory updates and changes that affect Ferrovial Airports directly or indirectly.
** Candidate Profile:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Law. Postgraduate legal studies will be valued.
* Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant previous experience in law firms or corporate legal departments will be considered.
* Proficiency in English (C2) and Spanish is required.
