RSA Archer Consultant

Job Role: RSA Archer Consultant (4–7 Years Experience)

Location: Qatar

We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Consultant with 4 to 7 years of hands‑on expertise in implementing, customizing, and optimizing RSA Archer solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in at least two RSA Archer use cases, strong platform knowledge, and the ability to deliver end‑to‑end solutions aligned with industry best practices.

• Deploy, configure, and customize RSA Archer solutions based on business and client requirements.
• Ensure implementations align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

• Demonstrate in‑depth, hands‑on experience in at least two RSA Archer use cases.
• Manage configurations, workflows, calculations, questionnaires, and reporting to deliver complete solutions.

• Work closely with clients and internal project teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide advisory support on maximizing the value of RSA Archer capabilities.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
• Support knowledge transfer and end‑user enablement sessions.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to RSA Archer configurations and integrations.
• Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and timely resolution of incidents.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business.

• RSA Archer certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Security and risk certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are an advantage.

• 4 to 7 years of hands‑on experience in RSA Archer consulting or administration.
• Proven track record of successful end‑to‑end implementation of at least two complex RSA Archer use cases.

• Strong understanding of RSA Archer platform architecture and configuration.
• Familiarity with scripting and technical concepts such as JavaScript, XML, or similar technologies is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in client‑facing and cross‑functional environments.
