We are looking for a Lead - Managed Infrastructure Services to monitor, manage, and optimize on-premise infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high availability. The role drives operational plans, ensures compliance, resolves complex issues, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to maintain reliable infrastructure that directly supports critical business outcomes.
Strategic Responsibilities-- Drive operational plans for on-premise infrastructure aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and refine infrastructure policies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee infrastructure performance, monitoring, and incident resolution, acting as escalation point.
- Review and approve infrastructure changes, manage risks, and ensure service reliability.
- Collaborate with vendors, delivery teams, and security units to address complex challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and reports, support audits and capacity planning.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members, driving engagement, performance, and retention.
- Support career planning, succession initiatives, and capability-building programs.
- 8+ years in infrastructure services covering on-prem data centers, servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Familiarity with ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks.
Skills:
- Deep expertise in on-prem infrastructure technologies, monitoring tools, and proactive operations.
- Advanced troubleshooting, performance optimization, and data center operations (power, cooling, racks, hardware lifecycle).
- Exposure to hybrid/cloud environments (desirable).
- Basic knowledge of information security and compliance requirements.
