Position Title:
Oracle HR Technical Developer

Job Description:
- Looking for an Oracle Developer with experience working on modules or products related to HR, Payroll, Attendance, Self-Service etc. The job would be related to working on In-House HR Application (including, Manpower, Payroll, Attendance, Self-Service etc) maintenance, new forms/reports development based on user requirement.
- Work closely with analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop new processes to cover business requirements through PL/SQL.
- Develop new Oracle Forms in Self-Service to integrate the processes with HR for automation like (leave request, Business Trip request, man power requests etc.)
- Develop Oracle reports involving data from multiple Modules.
- Debugging issues, identifying root cause and resolving issues effectively.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with users, internal management and team members.
- Handle projects individually when necessary and make sure the deliverables are successfully deployed.
Requirements:
- Extensive hands on experience on Oracle technical skills SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports etc.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Oracle Developer
- Experience of developing complex technical components.
- Experience developing new and customizing existing Oracle Forms/reports at proficient levels.
- Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Apex is a plus.
- Knowledge or exposure to HR module is a plus.
- Knowledge or exposure to Oracle EBS is a plus.
