SAP Senior Consultant; EWM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EWM Senior Consultant (Contractor) to lead the functional implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management within the organization. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure smooth deployment, configuration, and optimization of SAP EWM solutions aligned with operational and business requirements.

• Lead SAP EWM implementation in S/4
  
  HANA, including integration with MM/WM.
• Manage data migration from legacy MM/WM to EWM.
• Design and support barcode system implementations.
• Configure and support EWM processes including:
  • Packaging with serial numbers
  • Packaging specifications
  • Value Added Services (VAS)
• Support Flexible Workflow implementations within MM and EWM processes.
• Work closely with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and system optimization.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, QA Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Documentation
  • Prepare detailed documentation for configured workflows and warehouse processes.
  • Prepare functional and user guides.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and system enhancements.
• Ensure high‑quality professional documentation and reporting.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and implementation deliverables.
• Track progress and report status against milestones.
• Support change management activities and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• 10+ years of SAP experience with 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong experience in SAP EWM on S/4
  
  HANA, including SAP Fiori applications.
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas industry and Middle East region is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABAP programming concepts.
• Strong understanding of change management procedures and project documentation.
• Hands‑on experience in Test Planning and Test Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large data analysis.
• Strong technical writing, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics business processes using SAP solutions.
