Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional | Data Focused)
Location:
Doha, Qatar (Onsite).
Experience:
10+ years. We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong understanding of data engineering and analytics to bridge business needs with scalable data solutions.
- Gather and translate data‑centric business requirements into technical specifications.
- Work closely with data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Support data models, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), data flows, and lineage.
- Define data quality rules, governance standards, and validation criteria.
- Support UAT, testing, and documentation for data solutions.
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst (Techno‑Functional).
- Strong SQL and data modelling knowledge.
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience with data quality, governance, and analytics consumption.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus:
Python/R, Big Data concepts, Power BI/Tableau.
