Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time Responsibilities
- Manageand resolve incoming service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and application issues efficiently.
- Administeruser accounts, access controls, and security permissions.
- Oversee ticket handling, escalation, and proper closure documentation.
- Monitor system performance and perform updates and maintenance.
- Collaborate with support teams while maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
- Must have a Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Must have at least 5years of experience as a software engineer.
- Must have experience with ticketing systems (Service Now, Maximo, Remedy)
- Multilingual language skills, with native proficiency in English, and French.
- Expert knowledge and experience of utility software applications experience of ITIL principles.
- Strong communication skills,able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team as well as technical skills
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Notice Period / Availability: Immediate or1-Month Notice
