A defense support contractor in Doha is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist II to deliver Tier 1 technical support and manage user accounts. This role requires a Top Secret clearance and US Citizenship due to contract specifications. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure the functionality of systems and networks, and assist end-users. Ideal candidates have an associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT Help Desk Support experience.
