Odoo Functional Consultant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Odoo Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Conduct deep-dive workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes.
Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and technical specifications.
Perform Gap Analysis to identify where standard Odoo features need customization.
2. Implementation & Configuration
Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.) based on defined requirements.
Oversee data migration from legacy systems into Odoo.
Set up automated workflows and reporting dashboards.
3. Quality Assurance & Training
Perform functional testing (UAT) to ensure the solution is bug‑free and meets user needs.
Create comprehensive user manuals and documentation.
Conduct end‑user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
4. Project Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the technical development team.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the functional scope.
Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Odoo’s core modules and their interdependencies.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to "think outside the box" for functional workarounds.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
