We are seeking an experienced Specialist—Technical Support with strong expertise in Oracle HCM/Oracle Fusion to support enterprise HR systems. This is a full-time, office-based role with normal working hours and an urgent requirement

The Specialist – Technical Support will be responsible for providing hands‑on technical support, customization, and maintenance of Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion applications
, ensuring system stability and alignment with business requirements.
- Provide technical support for Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion modules
- Handle system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
- Support integrations, reports, and technical enhancements
- Coordinate with functional teams and external vendors
- Ensure optimal system performance and reliability
- Prepare technical documentation and provide system guidance
- 6–8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
- Oracle Fusion certifications are preferred
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM technical components
