Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect – Manager / Senior Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions. This role will oversee end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM architecture
, integrations, and customizations, providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Ideal candidates are experienced in delivering complex CRM solutions
, have strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 features
, and can translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and CRM solutions
. - Design data models, workflows, integrations, and customizations across the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and consultants.
- Oversee custom development, configuration, and integration of CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
. - Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 CRM releases, Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Guide integration with other systems (ERP, marketing platforms, analytics tools) using Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, or other integration platforms

Experience &
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
. - Proven experience as a CRM Technical Architect
, with hands-on expertise in enterprise implementations. - Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules
, customization, workflows, and integration patterns. - Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and Dev Ops processes.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
, with excellent communication skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise project delivery.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies, system optimization, and performance tuning
. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
