- Identifying organizational needs for new applications and new solutions.

- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems with a thorough understanding of business, technology, and industry requirements and their limitations.
- Monitor and implement relevant IT security measures to protect company/client data, software, and hardware.
- Anticipates knowledge gaps and provides training and technical assistance to end users and other IT staff.
- May serve as technical lead responsible for mentoring, instructing, directing, and checking the work of other IT personnel.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated technical support in circumstances where local or first-level technical staff may not have the appropriate expertise and/or resources to solve more complex problems.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to engage senior IT staff, management, and vendors in conducting thorough assessments of business and user needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and creating solutions for areas for improvement or upgrade that enhance user experience and/or enterprise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor in IT or relevant
- Relevance will be reviewed and confirmed by ISD in line with technical competencies of applicant.
- Overall 12 years of experience; require satisfactory experience in the following areas:
- Administration, monitoring, and maintenance of software infrastructures and applications.
- Oversee practices and processes to ensure the integrity, safety, and availability of all data and applications as part of the organization’s information systems.
- Ensure that the processes needed for a business to function and succeed are running smoothly.
- Technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues, usually on an immediate basis.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasking environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
