A leading tech company in Qatar is seeking an experienced Oracle HR Technical Developer to maintain and develop in-house HR applications related to payroll and attendance. You will work closely with analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop processes using SQL and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience and be proficient with Oracle Forms and Reports.

Knowledge of Oracle Apex and EBS is a plus.
