Overview

The Digital Project Coordinator assists in managing the projects, supporting the Digital Manager and Experts. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to project timelines.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Support in strategic planning and coordination of the projects.
• Assist in identifying project milestones and objectives.
• Contribute to aligning project activities with broader organizational goals.
• Support in ensuring strategic integration of the project with other digital initiatives.
• Aid in adopting innovative approaches in project coordination.

Operational Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks and assist in managing project timelines.
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.
• Track project progress and assist in resolving operational challenges.
• Support resource management for the projects.
• Assist in quality assurance and testing of the projects
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines.
• Help in record-keeping and administrative tasks related to the projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a relevant technical field.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis, data analytics, or risk management are beneficial.
• A minimum of 1-2 years in project management
