About the role
In this role you will be working within the Digital Experience Optimization function, responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) and personalization activities across Qatar Airways’ digital channels, including and the mobile app. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement A/B, MVT, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target and write and maintain custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery) to deliver and manipulate personalized experiences and test variations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests and personalization experiences across , the mobile app, and other digital channels using Adobe Target and relevant tools.
- Develop test plans, hypotheses, success metrics and audience definitions for both experimentation and personalization use cases, ensuring no collision with other activities.
- Write and maintain custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery) to deliver and manipulate personalized experiences and test variations.
- Partner with product managers, UX designers, analysts and the data teams to define test requirements, target audiences, segmentation logic and experience variants.
- Analyze and interpret performance data using Adobe Analytics and similar tools to generate actionable recommendations.
- Translate raw data, behavioral insights and audience signals into clear and concise reports for product owners and senior stakeholders.
- Assist in operationalizing new personalization strategies by building and QA’ing audience segments, triggers and decisioning rules.
- Benchmark UX and content practices against industry standards and proactively identify areas of friction or uplift opportunity.
- Lead test execution end-to-end, including QA, coordination with IT, monitoring during live periods and post-test analysis.
- Manage and document outcomes, learnings and recommendations, ensuring insights are added to the experimentation and personalization knowledge library.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between experimentation, personalization and broader digital product roadmaps.
- Support the Testing & Optimization Manager in scaling the experimentation practice across teams through training, documentation and playbooks.
- Perform other department duties related to this role as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Experience with UX research and design
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing and personalized experiences through platforms such as Adobe Target.
- Ability to turn raw and complex data into easy‑to‑read actionable insights.
- Understanding of statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery proficiency.
