Innovations Global is hiring a seasoned Mobile App Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mobile application initiatives, combining strong delivery governance with hands‑on Scrum Master expertise. This role ensures smooth execution of mobile development cycles, effective Agile adoption, and alignment between cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and business objectives.

As a Mobile App Delivery Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of mobile application delivery—planning, sprint execution, release management, and continuous improvement. Acting as both Delivery Lead and Scrum Master, you will guide teams in Agile best practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality mobile products. The role involves close collaboration with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize business needs, and maintain transparency across all delivery streams.
You will prepare detailed delivery plans, monitor progress against KPIs, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure governance standards are followed throughout the mobile development lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile application projects and releases
- Serve as Scrum Master for development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum principles
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming, prioritization, and requirement refinement
- Remove delivery impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Prepare delivery plans, timelines, and release schedules aligned with stakeholders
- Ensure transparency by maintaining dashboards, reports, and communication channels
- Guide teams in Agile maturity, servant leadership, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate across development, QA, design, Dev Ops, and business teams
- Oversee governance processes, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- 10+ years of IT industry experience with strong background in delivery leadership
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Scrum Master experience
- Valid Scrum Master certification (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)
- Proven experience supporting mobile application or software development teams
- Strong understanding of mobile application delivery lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in Agile project management, release planning, and delivery governance
- Ability to enable self‑organizing teams and foster Agile culture
- Experience working in Telecom or digital transformation environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops collaboration, and cloud‑based delivery
- Exposure to product discovery, UX collaboration, or mobile testing practices
- Experience handling multi‑vendor or geographically distributed teams
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile delivery tools
