Core Requirements- Proven experience leading Digital Transformation portfolios or large digital programs
- Strong data-driven program management approach with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience with portfolio tracking, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Ability to manage multiple digital initiatives across business and technology teams
- Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment capabilities
- Data-led decision making using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Experience working across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
- Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP / Agile / Scrum – mandatory or strongly preferred
