Middle Product Designer II - Loyalty, Royal Club

We’re looking for a Middle Product Designer to join our Loyalty team.

You’ll work on one of Snoonu’s most important growth levers: retention, rewards, and engagement for high-value users. Royal Club is a mature and evolving system. Your role is to improve, scale, and refine it, making the value clear, discoverable, and delightful across the Super App.

• Royal Club benefits, rewards, coins, quests, and redemption flows
• Loyalty-related experiences across the Super App (cart, merchant page, profile, verticals)
• Improving clarity, discoverability, and perceived value of the program
• Iterating on existing systems using data, feedback, and real constraints
• Own end-to-end design of Royal Club features and improvements
• Improve multi-screen flows and interaction patterns to reduce friction and increase engagement
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in your design decisions
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writer, UX Researcher, and Product Design peers
• Use analytics, experiments, and feedback to evaluate and iterate on solutions
• Support design QA and ensure implemented UI matches intended behavior
• Contribute to shared patterns and raise issues or suggestions to Design System owners when needed

This is not a greenfield role. You’ll work with real users, real scale, and real trade-offs.

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Strong mobile app design skills (iOS & Android)
• Experience working with complex, state-heavy flows (rewards, conditions, edge cases)
• Solid UX thinking combined with good UI craft and attention to detail
• Enjoy making interfaces feel refined and delightful
• Ability to work independently within a defined product area
• Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners

• Experience with loyalty programs, gamification, subscriptions, or rewards systems

You’ll be joining Snoonu’s Product Design team, a group of 18+ designers working across customer, merchant, and operations experiences within the Snoonu ecosystem. Designers are embedded in product teams and work closely with product managers and engineers, while also collaborating with UX writing, CX, brand, marketing, and other partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.

Alongside product work, designers contribute to shared design practices and initiatives, helping keep quality, consistency, and collaboration strong across teams.
