The Senior Integrator Specialist is responsible for designing, leading, and governing enterprise integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems. This role ensures seamless system interoperability, reliable data exchange, and stable business operations by applying best-practice integration architectures and modern API-based approaches.

• Design end-to-end integration solutions between SAP and third-party systems.
• Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Select appropriate integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-based, batch).
• Lead and oversee integration development using SAP integration platforms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of integration solutions.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams during implementation.
• Review technical designs, mappings, and interface specifications.
• Work extensively with SAP integration platforms such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI (SAP BTP Integration Suite).
• Develop and manage API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, OData).
• Handle file-based, IDoc, RFC, and message-based integrations.
• Support integration testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and lead root-cause analysis.
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure operational stability.
• Ensure integration solutions comply with security, governance, and enterprise standards.
• Maintain detailed integration documentation, interface catalogs, and runbooks.
• Support audits and technical reviews related to system integrations.
• Act as the integration subject-matter expert (SME) across projects.
• Mentor junior integration developers and provide technical guidance.
• Engage with stakeholders to align integration solutions with business needs.

• Professional Experience 8–10 years of hands-on experience in system integration roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP integration platforms such as SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI (SAP BTP).
• Proven experience integrating SAP with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Deep knowledge of API integrations (REST, SOAP, OData).
• Experience with IDocs, RFCs, proxies, message queues, and middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of integration security, error handling, and monitoring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex integration initiatives and work cross-functionally.

• SAP Integration certifications (PI/PO, CPI, or BTP).
• Cloud integration or API management certifications are an advantage.
