• Strong academic background (e.g. Engineering and/or Business) from a top‑tier university
• 1‑2 years experience in technology, research, innovation environments for the Associate Consultant role
• Minimum of 1 year solid management consulting experience for the Consultant role
• Experience of planning, managing and delivering innovation and technical‑based projects
• Formal project delivery tracking using Gantt charts or similar
• Demonstrable experience of leading and completing complex technical innovation projects
• Experience in understanding technical discussions and documentation
• Knowledge of open Innovation Methodology, Intellectual Property and Technology Scouting
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must
