• Asset Management Senior Specialist develops and implements strategic asset management plans overseeing the full asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Conduct risk reviews, manage asset performance, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain asset registers, perform audits, and provide data analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and provide technical advice and support.
• Manage and maintain the accuracy of IT asset records and configuration data.
• Ensure compliance with asset management policies and standards.
• Coordinate periodic asset audits and reconcile with finance and procurement teams.
• Track asset lifecycle from acquisition to retirement, including warranty and lease tracking.
• Provide asset‑related reports, analysis and recommendations to management.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• Certification in IT Asset Management (CITAM or similar) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Configuration Management.
• Experience managing asset databases, lifecycle tracking and audit compliance.
