Job Summary

The Intune Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Intune and related services within Microsoft Endpoint Manager to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant device and application management across the organization. This role encompasses the end-to-end administration of modern workplace technologies, with a focus on automation, policy management, security, and compliance across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities 1. Device Management
  • Enroll and manage corporate and BYOD Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
  • Configure compliance and configuration policies for device health and security.
  • Perform remote device actions (wipe, lock, reset passcode, etc.) when needed.
2. Application Management
  • Deploy and manage mobile and desktop applications using Intune.
  • Configure App Protection and App Configuration Policies.
  • Support deployment for Microsoft Store apps, Line-of-Business (LOB) apps, and Win
    32 apps.
3. Policy & Configuration Management
  • Develop and enforce device compliance and Conditional Access policies in conjunction with Azure AD.
  • Create and maintain configuration profiles (e.g., VPN, Wi-Fi, certificates).
  • Implement and manage Microsoft security baselines.
4. Integration and Automation
  • Integrate Intune with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Auto Pilot, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Leverage Power Shell and Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting.
  • Manage dynamic security groups, licenses, and role-based access control.
5. Monitoring and Reporting
  • Monitor endpoint and application status through built-in reporting tools.
  • Detect and resolve issues related to non-compliant or misconfigured devices.
  • Provide compliance, asset inventory, and health reports to stakeholders.
6. Security and Compliance
  • Enforce endpoint protection standards and threat mitigation controls.
  • Collaborate with security and governance teams to align with regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in audits and policy reviews as needed.
Skills Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android MDM capabilities.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
  • Proficient in Power Shell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Understanding of IT security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Excellent command of Arabic
Experience

Minimum 2 years Intune Administration experience

  • Microsoft Certified:
    Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified:
    Enterprise Administrator Expert
