The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for designing, managing, maintaining, and upgrading the organization’s technology infrastructure.availability,
performance
, security
, and scalability of all IT systems, including networks, servers, cloud environments, data centers, and security components.
A. IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee servers
, networks
, storage systems
, virtualization
, and potential cloud platforms - Ensure high availability and reliability of critical services.
- Manage data centers and server rooms.
- Lead cybersecurity policies (firewalls, antivirus, vulnerability management, audits).
- Supervise backups, business continuity (BCP), and disaster recovery plans (DRP).
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 27001, etc…)
- Manage a team of system engineers, network engineers, support technicians, Dev Ops, etc.
- Prioritize critical incidents and coordinate technical interventions.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and integration partners.
- Drive modernization projects
: cloud migration, network redesign, deployment of collaborative tools. - Define and monitor infrastructure KPIs (SLA, uptime, performance).
- Optimize costs and propose a strategic technology roadmap.
