Any   Job Type: Full-Time      Job Overview      The System Analyst - Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing data, enhancing systems, and improving business processes. The selected candidate will interpret complex datasets, support system improvements, and engage with stakeholders to ensure data strategies align with business needs and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and deliver actionable business insights     Design and optimize data collection systems and analytics processes    Ensure seamless data integration from various sources and maintain system reliability     Identify trends, correlations, and patterns in structured and unstructured data    Validate and clean data by reviewing reports and correcting discrepancies     Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for data and reporting    Lead initiatives for business process improvement and data system enhancements      

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

Demonstrated experience in system analysis, data analytics, or business analysis     Background in data modeling, reporting platforms, and analytical tools

Skills:

Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau     Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills    Familiarity with statistical techniques and process improvement methods is an advantage
