Any   Job Type: Full-Time      Job Overview      The QA/QC Engineer - IT & Digital Services will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in quality across e-services, applications, and infrastructure systems. The role involves developing robust testing frameworks, executing automation scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and proactively managing defects throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement detailed test plans for digital platforms, applications, and IT systems     Identify, document, and track system defects and anomalies, ensuring resolution in collaboration with development teams    Monitor key quality metrics including defect density, coverage, and system performance     Design and maintain automated testing scripts using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Postman    Conduct performance and load testing to evaluate infrastructure resilience and recommend enhancements     Collaborate with engineering, network, operations, and product teams to embed quality from project start to delivery    Evaluate and enhance existing QA methodologies and testing tools for greater efficiency    Support capacity planning by analyzing system loads and providing performance insights    Ensure all quality practices align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies      

Job Requirements      :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, , or infrastructure quality analysis     Hands-on experience in automated testing and performance monitoring tools

Skills:

Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Postman     Familiarity with Agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD environments    Understanding of QA standards, best practices, and certification frameworks (ISTQB, CSTE preferred)    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills    Ability to work across teams and deliver under high-performance expectations
