Any   Job Type: Full-Time / Contract      Job Overview      The Senior Project Manager - e-Invoice & Tax Technology will be responsible for delivering a national-level digital invoicing program, ensuring legal compliance, adoption, and secure infrastructure rollout. This mission-critical role requires Arabic fluency and specialized experience in fiscal systems, tax authority operations, and e-Invoicing technologies. Generalized IT experience is not sufficient for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full program lifecycle of a nationwide e-Invoice platform, from strategic planning through to delivery     Ensure complete compliance with legal frameworks, fiscal regulations, and tax mandates    Coordinate efforts across ministries, tax authorities, technology vendors, and private sector entities     Oversee the development of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and system performance    Define key performance indicators, manage project risks, and monitor progress against milestones     Prepare executive-level reports and briefings for government stakeholders    Manage program budgets, multi-agency teams, timelines, and vendor accountability    Drive secure digital transformation in accordance with national policy goals      

Job Requirements      Education (Preferred):
Master s degree in a relevant field (MBA, MSc, MPA, etc.)      Certifications (Preferred):
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management credentials     Training or certifications in digital tax systems or public-sector IT platforms

Experience:

8–12 years of project management experience     Minimum 3 years leading national-scale e-Invoice or tax compliance programs     Deep understanding of regulatory systems, fiscal platforms, and government workflows    Demonstrated success in public-private collaboration and executive-level stakeholder management    

Experience with e-Invoice standards like UBL, Peppol, or similar protocols is a plus    Background in cybersecurity, public finance, or national digital identity systems is advantageous

Skills:

Arabic language fluency (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory     Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, digital integration, and secure platforms    Advanced leadership, communication, and reporting skills    Proven ability to drive compliance, adoption, and transformation in regulated settings
