The Employee Relations is primarily responsible for managing and strengthening employee relations through the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role ensures consistent policy application, promotes employee engagement, and fosters a positive and compliant work environment aligned with company standards and applicable labour regulations.
In addition, the position supports core HR functions including recruitment and selection, manpower planning, organizational development, training and development, and performance management. The role contributes to aligning workforce capabilities with the company’s strategic objectives while ensuring operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness through structured systems, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities Employee Relations, Policies & KPIs- Develop, implement, and regularly review employee relations policies and procedures in line with company standards and applicable labour regulations.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies across all departments.
- Establish, monitor, and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace matters in a professional, confidential, and timely manner.
- Promote a positive work culture through clear communication of policies, programs, and organizational initiatives.
- Foster employee engagement and strengthen trust through transparent and effective communication practices.
- Conduct detailed job analysis and prepare comprehensive job descriptions outlining duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies.
- Design and administer structured HR interviews and competency‑based assessments with standardized evaluation scorecards.
- Screen and shortlist candidates in accordance with job requirements.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies, including local and international sourcing channels where applicable.
- Develop and execute manpower planning strategies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Prepare, maintain, and update the organizational chart to reflect structural changes.
- Evaluate organizational strengths and identify areas for improvement and restructuring where necessary.
- Promote system‑driven processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce dependency on individuals.
- Conduct recruitment gap analysis for all departments, including Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture, and Supervision.
- Identify organisational training needs and design structured training and development programmes.
- Develop and implement onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
- Conduct new employee orientation programmes.
- Develop and manage structured performance appraisal systems and evaluation tools.
- Perform job evaluations to ensure clarity of roles and internal equity.
- Develop competency frameworks to align employees’ skills, knowledge, and abilities with company goals and strategic objectives.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly HR reports covering employee relations matters, recruitment progress, workforce planning, and performance updates.
