Technical Recruiter; Arabic

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to support our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end hiring activities, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and help ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Linked In, etc.)
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Arabic speaking is must
