Role
Purpose:
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Capital services office. The job holder will be the custodian and responsible for managing the administration of the approved Human capital policies and procedures. The job holder will play a vital role in enhancing the employee experience by providing exemplary services.
Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):- Custodian and source of reference to all staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist the Head to continually develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in preparing the necessary reports and provide the required information when submitting employee complaints or concerns.
- Coordinate with the company’s medical insurance provider regarding any issue with employees’ insurance.
- Prepare and analyse reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
- Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
- Monitor employee’s end of probation assessments.
- Process other employee expenses that require special approvals from the management.
- Liaise with legal department regarding applicable Labor Law that would impact the employees.
- Liaise with legal department regarding complaints and Grievances Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure all types of leaves and sick leave documents follow the policies and procedures and MOPH requirements.
- Develop, ensure values that are a part of organizational mission and vision.
- Provide reports and analytics to the Head of Human Capital Services as and when necessary.
- Handling various kinds of projects as per the need to improve employee engagement.
- Assume or accept any other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor within the position role and responsibility.
Experience:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of human resources experience of which a minimum of 2 to 3 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
Education and Certification requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business administration.
