Job Summary
The Talent Planning & Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting workforce planning and managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to attract, assess, and onboard talent while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Talent Planning & Recruitment- Receive and manage recruitment requests from all functions, ensuring alignment with approved workforce plans.
- Coordinate internal talent searches and facilitate internal mobility opportunities where applicable.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners to support hiring needs.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and organizational needs.
- Shortlist and present suitable candidates to relevant Function Heads and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and timelines.
- Coordinate job offers, employment contracts, and hiring documentation in line with HR policies.
- Manage joining formalities and ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation activities to support the smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning.
- Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
