The Recruitment Officer will manage end-to-end talent acquisition for automotive roles including sales, service technicians, parts specialists, and management positions. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing of industry-specific talent and detailed reporting on recruitment metrics to support business growth in Qatar's competitive automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities- Source qualified candidates for automotive positions using Linked In Recruiter, industry databases, employee referrals, and automotive specific networks; prioritize candidates with proven experience in vehicle sales, after-sales service, or technical roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized hires like mechanics, engineers, and showroom executives, leveraging Boolean search techniques and ATS tools.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers (department heads, reporting managers) for shortlisting and final selections.
- Prepare comprehensive recruitment reports including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and funnel metrics; present dashboards to leadership using Excel or HRIS systems.
- Manage MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) processes, guide stakeholders on system entries, and ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and sponsorship transfer requirements.
- Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and support onboarding; participate in career fairs and automotive trade events.
