- Prepare payroll and maintain daily attendance records, taking necessary actions againsthabitual absentees in consultation with the HR Manager.
- Manage timely renewals ofQID, passport, health card, WCP, and pay cards for employees, including new issuances for onboarded staff.
- Prepare and issue offer letters.
- Create and maintainemployee personal files.
- Conduct fresher induction and orientation.
- Handle grievance redressaland maintain records.
- Source candidates locallyas needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office,especially mail merging, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
