About the role:

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Manager – Front Office to join our team. We are looking for a bright, energetic leader who will be responsible for delivering the brand promise by assisting the Front Office Manager to run successfully the Front Office operations in the hotel, including:
Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, Club Olympus and Regency Club. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience in the hotel, having strong accountability for major guest experience functions, with a focus on exceptional customer service and the ability to improve the bottom line.
