Your Day to Day:
As an Outlet Supervisor, you will support the overall Food & Beverage operations of the hotel to deliver and maintain guest satisfaction and business results. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction in your F&B venue of responsibility, supervising floor operations efficiently in accordance with the established F&B concept and hotel standards, ensuring operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the highest level of service and maximize profitability, and assigning responsibilities to team members and periodically checking their performance.

What We Need From You:
Ideally, you ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive knowledge and experience in diverse F&B venues is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
• Additional language is an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
