- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, length of stay, channel production).
Assist in short- and long-term demand forecasting, taking into account market pace and budget targets.
- Compile boards and presentation materials for weekly revenue and strategy meeting.
Update and maintain rates and availability across PMS, CRS, OTAs, and GDS channels—ensuring parity and compliance.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and booking patterns; recommend pricing adjustments based on competitive and market trends.
Assist reservations during peak periods and coordinate with sales, front office, and marketing teams on pricing strategy alignment.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–2+ years in hotel operations, revenue coordination, or reservations; experience in revenue management preferred.
