Our Spa Specialists support vital spa functions by delivering a memorable experience. They promote spa services and retail, schedule reservations, confirm appointments, provide information to guests, check in guests, and process payments. They maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance. Specialists work on their feet, moving across uneven surfaces, operating reservation software, and handling items up to 10 lbs unassisted or 25 lbs with assistance.
All duties support guests’ satisfaction and business success.
Your role will also ensure the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz‑Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day, exemplifying employee promise, credo, and service values.
Qualifications- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
