We are seeking a skilled Saj Maker to join our Ramadan Tent team for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.

This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in traditional Saj making who can deliver high‑quality, authentic products in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.

As a Saj Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving freshly made Saj bread and Saj‑based items, ensuring authenticity, consistency, and excellent presentation throughout the Ramadan period.

Main responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook traditional Saj bread and Saj items live in the Ramadan Tent
• Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene standards at all times
• Manage the Saj station efficiently during high‑volume service
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety practices
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Proven experience in Saj making (essential)
• Ability to work in a live cooking / guest‑facing environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Flexible availability throughout the Ramadan period
• Team‑oriented with a positive and professional attitude
