We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to join the team here Frasers Suites in Doha. As a Client Relations Executive you will play a key role in front facing in customer service, where you will ensure high standards of service delivery to all guests in accordance with Fraser Suite Doha service standards.
Responsibilities- To process check-in and check-out according to the hotel policies and procedures.
- To handle all reservations enquiries on phone, emails, etc. courteously and promptly
- To act on flags and special requests.
- To maintain detailed awareness of information regarding arrivals, their accommodation requirements, special needs and expected departures of the day.
- To follow up VIP reservations and issue VIP amenities and any other special service requests in accordance with hotel practices.
- To answer queries on house facilities and places of tourist interest
- To ensure that the hotel’s credit and payment policy is adhered at all times
- To identify opportunities to innovate service delivery and product offering to meet and exceed client expectations.
