As Assistant Manager – Finance you will ensure that daily invoices are recorded and processed accurately in a timely fashion in accordance with the Hotel’s policies and procedures and local regulations. You will be responsible for posting received invoices and allocating expenses properly to the correct departments and periods. The Assistant Manager – Finance is also responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the accounting functions within the Finance Department.
Qualifications- Has at least 2 years of experience as Accounts Payable or Assistant Manager
- Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
- Previous Finance experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
- Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
- Ability to work under pressure and great eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
