Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and a 30m outdoor pool.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our housekeeping leadership team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in luxury environments and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house.
• Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold brand standards and service excellence.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure pristine presentation.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and administrative duties.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with PMS and housekeeping systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
