Job Description

Join our exceptional team as a Bellboy in the vibrant city of Doha, Qatar! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide outstanding service to our guests and contribute to creating memorable experiences.

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay, maintaining a friendly and approachable presence in the hotel lobby and entrance
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, room guidance, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction
  • Perform various errands and tasks as requested by guests or management efficiently
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance and lobby area
  • Assist with parking and valet services when required
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for all guests
  • Stay informed about local events and attractions in Doha to provide accurate information to guests
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for hospitality
  • Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English; basic Arabic language skills are preferred
  • Knowledge of Doha, Qatar, and its attractions
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural team environment
  • Keen attention to detail and a well‑groomed appearance
  • Problem‑solving skills to handle guest concerns efficiently and empathetically
  • Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
