Job Description
  • Greet and welcome guests professionally in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English
  • Assist guests with check‑in/check‑out guidance, directions, and facilities information
  • Provide personalized assistance, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
  • Act as a cultural liaison for Chinese‑speaking guests, ensuring comfort and clear communication
  • Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations teams
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and discreetly
  • Promote hotel services, dining outlets, and local attractions
  • Maintain lobby presence to ensure guests feel attended to at all times
  • Support VIP arrivals, group check‑ins, and special events
  • Uphold luxury brand standards, grooming, and etiquette at all times
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Chinese & English
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or front office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer‑service mindset with to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
