• Lead and inspire the обществ costs conference & events team to deliver outstanding service.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Oversee planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and F&B teams for seamless event delivery.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality events, ideally with Doha/GCC market knowledge.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Familiarity with event management systems and hospitality standards.
