• Welcome guests and provide prompt, professional assistance with requests.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest services.
• Offer accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain updated knowledge of local dining, entertainment, and cultural activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Previous experience in a concierge or guest service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive & vibrant attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus.
