Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests professionally in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out guidance, directions, and hotel facilities information
- Provide personalized guest assistance, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Act as a cultural liaison for Chinese-speaking guests, ensuring comfort and clear communication
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations teams
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and discreetly
- Promote hotel services, dining outlets, and local attractions
- Maintain lobby presence to ensure guests feel attended to at all times
- Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special events
- Uphold luxury brand standards, grooming, and etiquette at all times
- Fluent in Chinese & English
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or front office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-service mindset with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
