• Serve as the key resource for all recreation activities on the property.
• Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, encourage, recruit, register, and schedule participation.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere and enforce rules and regulations of the recreation facilities for guests’ safety.
• Observe activities, respond appropriately to emergencies, and provide cashier services when required.
• Assist with private functions within recreation facilities, preparing group activities and events.
• Identify situations where guests cannot safely participate, inform supervisors, and assist injured guests until EMS arrives.
• Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, complete safety training, and obtain certifications.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and protect confidential information and company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Use clear, professional language for communication and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support the team to reach common goals.
• Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Read, verify, and inspect information and equipment accurately.
• Enter and locate work‑related information using computers and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Stand, sit, walk for extended periods, move objects up to 25 lb unaided, and assist with or move objects exceeding 25 lb with assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.

• CPR Certification.
• First Aid Certification.
• Recreation equipment knowledge and any local or state agency certification or training.
