As IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its strategic growth in Qatar, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily reservations operations, ensure accuracy in bookings, and support the Reservations team in delivering exceptional service while maximizing revenue opportunities.

• Supervise daily reservations activities and ensure all bookings are handled accurately and efficiently
• Support and guide Reservations Agents to meet performance and service standards
• Monitor room inventory, availability, and rate loading in coordination with Revenue Management
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures
• Handle complex reservations, special requests, and guest concerns
• Prepare daily and monthly reservations reports
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams
• Train and coach new team members and provide ongoing support

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office, with supervisory experience an advantage
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems and distribution channels
• Good understanding of room types, rates, and inventory management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
