On behalf of our client, member of the worlds leading family of luxury hotels and restaurants, we are looking for:

VIP Hostess - Luxury Hotels & Restaurants

As a VIP Hostess
, you will be the first point of contact for the VIP guests, playing a crucial role in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service and personalized attention.

Your responsibilities will span across multiple areas, including the Recreation Department and our luxury restaurant, ensuring that all guest interactions reflect the highest standards of luxury and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcome: Greet and seat guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide detailed information about the hotels recreational facilities, dining options, and activities, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Reservation Management: Efficiently manage reservations for both recreational services and dining, ensuring a seamless booking process and smooth service flow.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Recreation and Restaurant teams to coordinate and execute special events, classes, and activities, ensuring all guest needs are met.
  • Service Excellence: Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining our commitment to luxury standards.
  • Environment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all guest areas, ensuring a polished and inviting environment at all times.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather and relay guest feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction continuously.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a related field, preferably within a luxury or upscale environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to multitask and handle guest requests with grace and efficiency.
  • Professionalism: A polished, professional demeanor with a commitment to high standards of service. Comfort working in environments where alcohol is served.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are desirable.
